If your event has been postponed or rescheduled by the organizer, the tickets you already have will be valid for the new date.
If you wish to return the tickets to a postponed or rescheduled event, please let us know within 14 days of receiving information about the postponement of the event as stated in the Terms and Condition and Purchase Policy.

We will refund your money to the card/account you used to make the purchase. Only the face value of tickets is subject to refunds. Additional fees are non-refundable.
