I haven’t received order confirmation

If you haven’t received a confirmation of the order – in first matter check your bank/card account balance (if the money were taken). The order can be generated up to 30 minutes. Log in into Ticketmaster.pl and check „My tickets” tab. If this tab is empty it could mean that the reservation wasn’t finalized correctly. Probably there could be some issues with proceeding the payment. In those cases above, there is a possibility that money transfer wasn’t taken on time which is dedicate for finalizing an order. In this situation we ask you to contact our Customer Service.
