There is a strict purchase limit of 4 tickets per one account, one household, per one credit card on this tour. We reserve the right to cancel your orders and tickets, and to prevent you, without notice, from making future purchases on our site if you try to exceed the posted ticket limits.

The General On Sale for the Billie Eilish: HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR in TAURON Arena Kraków starts on Friday, May 3 at 10.00 AM.

Accessible Tickets

To purchase accessible seats you need to fill in the contact form. The tickets for accessible seats are not available online. 

Delivery

Billie Eilish tickets are mobile entry only, which means your phone is your ticket. Mobile ticket barcodes will be available 14 days before your event.

Age Restrictions

Children under the age of 6 are not allowed to participate in the event and everyone must have a ticket to enter.
