If your event has been postponed or rescheduled by the organizer, the tickets you already have will be valid for the new date.
If you wish to return the tickets to a postponed or rescheduled event, please let us know before the day of the event, as stated in the Terms and Condition and Purchase Policy.
If you are unable to participate in the event on the new date or your event has been canceled, you can receive a Voucher, which will be redeemable against any event organized by the same promoter.
If you are interested in receiving a voucher, send a message via the contact form to find out if the promoter of your event offers vouchers.

We will refund your money to the card/account you used to make the purchase. Only the face value of tickets is subject to refunds. Additional fees are non-refundable.
